Coaching Program can help you manage, treat and reduce your high blood pressure. Our specially trained pharmacists empower you to manage your blood pressure through a nationally recognized self-management and lifestyle coaching program.
This unique coaching program is funded through a grant from South Carolina Department of Health and Environment Control (DHEC) and South Carolina Pharmacy Association (SCPhA), which mean there is absolutely NO COST to you to participate.
